Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Some products have longer lead times, which are noted on each product page.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — expedited shipping options are available at checkout where applicable for your location and order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. All charges are shown before you complete your purchase — no surprise fees.

What is freight delivery and does it affect my order?

Many of our products — including saunas, grills, pizza ovens, and cold plunges — ship via LTL freight. Freight deliveries are curbside only. You'll be required to inspect your shipment while the driver is present and report any damage within 24 hours. See our Freight Delivery Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — check back for updates.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Return eligibility varies by product and brand. Some items cannot be returned once shipped. Please refer to the individual product page for return terms before purchasing, or contact us with any questions.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@chillworthy.com or call (339) 444-0693 with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Email hello@chillworthy.com right away. Failure to report within this window may limit or void your claim.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, your order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process. Contact us immediately at hello@chillworthy.com or (339) 444-0693 if you need to cancel.

Where do you source your products?

We partner with trusted brands and manufacturers who meet our standards for quality, durability, and design. Our catalog includes brands like SaunaLife, Revive Plunge, Outer, American Made Grills, Authentic Pizza Ovens, and more.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details are listed on each individual product page. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product's coverage.

Can I get replacement parts?

Yes — reach out to us and we'll help you track down the right parts when available.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH/bank transfer for qualifying orders.

Do you offer financing or installment plans?

Yes — Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments.

Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are PCI compliant. We never store your credit card information and all data is protected by SSL encryption.
