Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

At Chillworthy Yard Supply, operated by Backyard Supply LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased on www.chillworthy.com.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • United States – We currently ship to all U.S. states (with the exception of certain oversized items restricted by carriers).

  • Future Expansion – We are working to expand international shipping options. Please check back for updates.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Free shipping on orders over $50.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $50.

  • Oversized / Freight Items: Certain large or heavy products may incur additional freight or white-glove delivery charges (clearly displayed at checkout).

  • International Orders: Not currently available.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

  • Freight/White-Glove Deliveries: Delivery scheduling may vary; customers will be contacted directly by the carrier.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • All shipments include tracking information, sent via email once your order ships.

  • High-value or freight shipments are insured against loss or damage.


7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Direct tracking link


8. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@chillworthy.com or call (339) 444-0693.

  • If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors/building staff and then contact us.

Damaged Packages

  • Report damages within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Items

  • Report within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will send missing items or provide a refund.


9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.


10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
