1. Introduction

At Chillworthy Yard Supply, operated by Backyard Supply LLC, we are committed to a smooth and transparent shipping experience. This policy covers all orders placed on www.chillworthy.com.

2. Shipping Destinations

Continental United States We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. Certain oversized items may have additional carrier restrictions.
International Not currently available. We are working to expand — check back for updates.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product and brand and are always displayed before you complete your purchase — on the product page and at checkout. No surprise fees.

Standard Parcel Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Rate calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
LTL Freight Large items delivered curbside via freight carrier. Cost calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Some products — including built-to-order and specialty items — have longer lead times. Estimated shipping timelines are noted on each product page. Contact us before purchasing if timing is a concern.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
Freight Deliveries Scheduling varies by carrier. For large freight items, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery window.

6. Carriers & Tracking

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and trusted LTL freight carriers. All orders include tracking information sent via email once your order ships. High-value and freight shipments are insured against loss or damage.

7. Freight Deliveries

Action Required on Delivery

Many of our products ship via LTL freight and require a signature upon delivery. You must inspect your shipment while the driver is present, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and report concealed damage within 24 hours. Review our Freight Delivery Policy →

8. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost

Contact us at hello@chillworthy.com or (339) 444-0693. If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or building staff first.

Damaged

Report within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. Failure to report within this window may limit or void your claim.

Missing Items

Report within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send missing items or provide a refund.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.

10. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility varies by product. Some items cannot be returned once shipped. Please refer to the individual product page for return terms, or contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
