United States – We currently ship to all U.S. states (with the exception of certain oversized items restricted by carriers).

Standard Shipping (U.S.): Free shipping on orders over $50.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $50.

Oversized / Freight Items: Certain large or heavy products may incur additional freight or white-glove delivery charges (clearly displayed at checkout).

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages

If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors/building staff and then contact us.
Damaged Packages

Report damages within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.
