American Made Grills products are built to order and typically ship within approximately 6 weeks from the time your order is placed. Lead times may vary depending on factory production schedules and overall demand.

Once your grill is ready, it will ship via freight delivery to ensure safe transport. Expedited freight options may be available upon request for an additional cost. Our team will provide tracking details and coordinate delivery as soon as your order leaves the factory.

Because these grills are handcrafted in the USA, occasional production delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or scheduled factory maintenance. If timing is critical, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm current lead times and available options.

Backed by American Made Grills’ Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty, every AMG grill is built, tested, and supported in the USA. The warranty covers stainless steel construction, burners, cooking grates, flame tamers, and key components for the lifetime of the original owner, with all replacement parts fully non-prorated. Additional components and electrical parts are covered for up to three years. Registration is required within 30 days of purchase.

The Mandatory "Driver Present" Inspection
You are legally required to inspect your shipment before the driver leaves your premises.

• Visible Box Damage: If the outer packaging is crushed, punctured, or dented, you must refuse the shipment. Note "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt and take clear photos of the damage immediately.
• The Legal Impact of a Signature: By signing the delivery receipt (BOL) without specific notes of damage, you are providing legal confirmation that the product arrived in perfect condition. Once signed "clean," our ability to file a full claim with the carrier is permanently waived.

Strict Reporting Windows

• Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must report it within 48 hours.
• The 33% Payout Rule: Per our distributor's strict policy, claims for concealed damage (found after a clean signature) are capped at 1/3 of the product cost. If you sign the receipt without inspecting the unit, you may be held responsible for the remaining balance of the repair or replacement costs.
• Documentation: Reports must include photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Exclusions

• Installed Items: Any item that has been installed, gas-tested, or used is non-returnable under any circumstances.

Orders in Production: Because American Made Grills are built to order, cancellations are not accepted at any stage after purchase, including before shipment.
