Common Questions

What's the difference between a pergola and a gazebo?

Pergolas are open-air structures with a slotted or open roof — best for partial shade and defining a space. Gazebos have a fully covered roof for complete overhead protection from sun and weather.

Can I choose my own size or design?

Yes. Every structure is fully customizable — dimensions, roof style, materials, stains, and decorative details. We'll help you build the structure of your dreams.

What materials are available?

Vinyl, wood, or western red cedar for gazebos. Pergolas and pavilions are available in vinyl and wood. All wood is clear-grade, kiln-dried, pressure-treated pine.

What roof styles do you offer?

Traditional octagon, oval for more space, or rectangle for even more — ideal for fitting a hot tub. Classic and Victorian styles are both available.

Do these meet local building codes?

Yes. Our designs are engineered to meet code requirements in the areas we sell. We'll work with you to make sure everything checks out for your location.

Do you deliver and install everywhere?

Full delivery and professional installation are available within roughly a 3-hour drive of Lancaster County, PA — covering most of the Mid-Atlantic. Outside that zone, we ship pre-cut, flat-packed kits anywhere in the continental US. Include your ZIP in the form and we'll confirm.

How long does it take?

Lead times vary by size and customization. After we receive your inquiry, we'll provide an estimated timeline with your quote — typically a few weeks for kits, longer for full installations.

What's covered under the warranty?

Every structure is backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee covering build quality and craftsmanship.
