Due to the custom nature, high value, and specialized freight handling of our professional-grade grills and ovens, all sales are final once the item has shipped. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or measurement issues.

The Mandatory "Driver Present" Inspection
You are legally required to inspect your shipment before the driver leaves your premises.

• Visible Box Damage: If the outer packaging is crushed, punctured, or dented, you must refuse the shipment. Note "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt and take clear photos of the damage immediately.
• The Legal Impact of a Signature: By signing the delivery receipt (BOL) without specific notes of damage, you are providing legal confirmation that the product arrived in perfect condition. Once signed "clean," our ability to file a full claim with the carrier is permanently waived.

Strict Reporting Windows

• Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must report it within 48 hours.
• The 33% Payout Rule: Per our distributor’s strict policy, claims for concealed damage (found after a clean signature) are capped at 1/3 of the product cost. If you sign the receipt without inspecting the unit, you may be held responsible for the remaining balance of the repair or replacement costs.
• Documentation: Reports must include photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Exclusions

• Installed Items: Any item that has been installed, gas-tested, or used is non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Warranty: Manufacturer warranties cover defects in craftsmanship but do not cover shipping damage. Shipping damage must be handled through the freight claim process within the first 2 business days.
