The Maximus Prime Red is the big brother to the Maximus Mobile — hand-built by local artisans in a town north of Lisbon, Portugal, with a stacked cast stone façade in sand and reddish tones. At 300 pounds with a 35-inch cooking floor, it pushes serious volume: up to 150 ten-inch pizzas or 80 twelve-inch pizzas per hour, making it equally at home anchoring backyard pizza parties or powering a food truck, trailer, or catering operation. Heat-up takes just 30 minutes, after which the oven holds working temperature with 5–7 pounds of wood per hour.

Double-wall construction pairs a 1.4mm aluminum exterior with a 304-2B stainless steel interior, sealed around a high-temperature ceramic blanket. The forged iron internal structure reinforces refractory floor tiles rated to 1200°C, and the chimney and door are 100% 304-2B stainless steel — chosen for resistance to salt and sea corrosion so the oven holds up to real-world commercial use. Each oven ships with a stainless steel pizza peel, stainless steel chimney with flue and cap, ash and wood holder, an extra floor tile, a thermometer, and a complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish.

Shipping & Delivery

Pizza ovens ship via freight due to their size and weight. Once your order is placed, our team will coordinate shipment and provide tracking information when available.

Freight deliveries are curbside and require access for a large delivery vehicle. The carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible at the scheduled time.

Weight & Handling Disclosure:
The weights listed on product pages refer to the approximate net weight of the oven. Total shipping weight, including the treated wooden crate, protective packaging, and included accessories, is higher and typically adds approximately 100 lbs to the base oven weight.

Important:
Customers are responsible for providing adequate equipment (such as a pallet jack or forklift) or sufficient manpower to move the crated unit from the curbside delivery point. Standard freight delivery is curbside only and does not include uncrating or placement.

Warranty Information

This pizza oven is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed, cured, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Refractory brick ovens are constructed using natural materials and handmade components. Hairline cracks, surface cracking, or minor cosmetic changes — especially during curing or initial use — are normal characteristics of masonry ovens and do not affect performance or structural integrity. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Shipping Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers are responsible for fully inspecting the oven at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery before signing. If a driver declines to wait for inspection, this must also be documented on the Proof of Delivery.

All damage claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims for shipping damage cannot be submitted after the delivery is accepted without proper notation. The manufacturer offers a five-day grace period only for order discrepancies or missing items — not for shipping damage.

Shipping damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled through the freight claims process.

Returns
Returns are limited to fourteen (14) days from delivery unless the issue qualifies as a valid warranty matter under the manufacturer’s terms.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature, high value, and specialized freight handling of masonry pizza ovens, all sales are final once the product has shipped. Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or measurement issues.

Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers must fully inspect the shipment while the delivery driver is present.

If visible damage to the packaging or crate is observed, it must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Significant structural damage may warrant refusal of delivery. Clear photographs should be taken immediately.

By signing the delivery receipt without notation of damage, the shipment is acknowledged as received in acceptable condition. A clean signature may limit the ability to file or recover a freight damage claim.

Damage Reporting
All shipping damage must be reported at the time of delivery and documented on the delivery receipt. Claims not noted at delivery may be denied by the freight carrier.

Order discrepancies, such as missing items, must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.

If concealed damage is discovered during unpacking, customers must notify us immediately and retain all original packaging materials. Do not discard the crate or protective materials until the claim process is complete.

Installation & Use
Any product that has been installed, fired, used, or modified is non-returnable.
