Due to the size and nature of our furniture, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

For all other return requests, prior approval is required. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
