Revive - Inflatable Pod Plunge

Revive Plunge products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@chillworthy.com for return authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Returned items must be in original packaging. A restocking fee of 15-25% applies to all non-defective returns, and the customer is responsible for return freight. Items that have been used, filled with water, or installed are non-returnable.

Order Cancellations. Orders cancelled before shipping may be subject to a processing fee.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered when reported per the inspection requirements below. No restocking fee, no return costs.

Required Inspection at Delivery. You must inspect your shipment while the delivery driver is present:

• Minor visible damage (dents, punctures, crushed corners on packaging): note it specifically on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing and photograph it. Then inspect the contents.
• Severe damage: refuse the shipment, write "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt, and photograph everything immediately.
• Why this matters: signing a clean delivery receipt without noting damage is legal confirmation the shipment arrived in good condition, and significantly limits any freight claim afterward.

Concealed Damage

• Damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
• Do not discard any packaging until your claim is resolved.
