Rugged Road coolers are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Products must be registered within 45 days of purchase to qualify. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or modification.

Proof of purchase and product registration are required for all warranty claims.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in like-new condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued after inspection and may be subject to deductions including original shipping costs, applied discounts, and any applicable fees. Processing typically takes a few business days once the return is received.

Prepaid return labels may be provided upon request. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are responsible for return shipping costs.
