Once your grill is ready, it will ship via freight delivery to ensure safe transport. Our team will provide tracking details and coordinate delivery as soon as your order leaves the factory. Freight delivery is curbside. Please inspect your shipment at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Because these grills are handcrafted in the USA, occasional production delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or scheduled factory maintenance. If timing is critical, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm current lead times and available options.

Because each grill is built to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun, and we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or measurement issues. Backed by American Made Grills’ Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty, every AMG grill is built, tested, and supported in the USA. The warranty covers stainless steel construction, burners, cooking grates, flame tamers, and key components for the lifetime of the original owner, with all replacement parts fully non-prorated. Additional components and electrical parts are covered for up to three years. Registration is required within 30 days of purchase.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered when reported per the inspection requirements below.

Required Inspection at Delivery. To keep your shipment protected, you must inspect it while the driver is present:

• Minor visible damage (dents, punctures, crushed corners on packaging): note it specifically on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Then inspect the contents.
• Severe damage: refuse the shipment, write "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt, and photograph everything immediately.
• Why this matters: signing a clean delivery receipt (BOL) without noting damage is legal confirmation the shipment arrived in good condition, and significantly limits any freight claim afterward. Sixty seconds of inspection protects your entire purchase.

Concealed Damage

• Damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
• Claims for damage found after a clean signature receive substantially reduced coverage. This is why driver-present inspection is essential.
• Do not discard any packaging until your claim is resolved.
