Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the size and freight nature of our cold plunge systems, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to initiating a return.

You are required to inspect your shipment while the delivery driver is present. If the crate or packaging shows visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos immediately. If damage is severe, refuse the shipment and note "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.

Any concealed damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports must include clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.

Items that have been used, filled with water, or installed are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
