All Sales Are Final
Due to the high value, freight handling, and specialized packaging of our outdoor-rated refrigeration units, all sales are final once the item has shipped. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or fitment issues.
Mandatory “Driver Present” Inspection
You are required to inspect your shipment before the delivery driver leaves your premises.
- Visible Box Damage
If the outer packaging shows visible damage (crushed, punctured, or dented), you must refuse delivery. Note “Refused due to damage” on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and photograph the issue immediately.
- Impact of Signature
By signing for your shipment without notation of damage, you confirm that the product arrived complete and in acceptable condition. Once signed “clean,” the carrier’s ability to approve a full freight-damage claim may be denied or significantly limited.
Strict Reporting Windows
- Concealed Damage
Any concealed damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- Claim Payout Limitations
Per distributor policy, concealed-damage claims discovered after a clean signature may be denied or capped at a portion of the product value, including caps of up to one-third (1/3) of the product cost. Any unreimbursed repair or replacement costs may be the responsibility of the receiver.
- Documentation Requirements
All claims require clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim process is fully resolved.
- Exclusions
Installed or used items are non-returnable under any circumstances. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship only and do not cover shipping damage.
