The included SolarSaga solar panel is covered by a 3-year limited warranty, with an additional 2-year extended warranty available through product registration, for up to 5 years of total coverage.

Warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase and require proof of purchase for validation. Warranty service, including repair or replacement, is handled directly by Jackery in accordance with their official warranty policy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all included accessories, cables, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

Used items, installed products, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

For standard returns, return shipping costs may apply. For defective or damaged items, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
