Billing Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Backyard Supply LLC, doing business as Chillworthy Yard Supply ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("you," "your," or "Customer"). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Invoices are issued electronically to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are correct and up to date.

5. Late Payments

Payments not received on time may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

6. Disputed Charges

You must notify us of any disputed charges within 15 days of the invoice date. Email hello@chillworthy.com with your invoice number and details of the dispute. We will promptly investigate and resolve all disputes.

7. Refunds & Credits

Refunds and credits are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

9. Cancellations

Most orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Built-to-order and made-to-order items (noted on the product page) cannot be canceled once production has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Massachusetts courts.
