Inspection before the driver leaves is required. I understand I must inspect my freight shipment while the delivery driver is present. If visible damage exists, I will note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photographs before signing. I understand that signing a clean delivery receipt (BOL) without notating damage constitutes legal confirmation the shipment arrived in good condition, and may waive my ability to file a full freight claim. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours. I understand that any damage discovered after unpacking must be reported to Chillworthy Yard Supply within 24 hours of delivery. Reports must include clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging. I agree to retain all original packaging until any claim is fully resolved. Failure to follow these steps may limit or void my ability to file a claim. Delivery is curbside only and I am responsible for offloading. I understand that freight carriers deliver to the curb or end of the driveway only. It is my responsibility to arrange adequate help to receive and move my shipment. I acknowledge that lead times and delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier availability, or other factors outside Chillworthy's control. All sales are final for built-to-order and freight items. I understand that certain products (including custom-built grills, outdoor structures, and specialty items) are built to order and cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production has begun. I have read and agree to Chillworthy Yard Supply's full freight and returns policy.
