Constructed from authentic refractory fire brick for superior thermal mass and heat retention, its wider opening and lower dome conduct heat directly to the oven floor for fast, high-heat pizza baking — with the capacity to cook two 12-inch pies at once. The smokey black cast stone façade, a striking combination of grays and light blacks, intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone for serious old-world character. Triple-insulated with an internationally patented rockwool system, the exterior stays cool to the touch even as the interior reaches 900°F.

Shipping & Delivery

Pizza ovens ship via freight. Once your order is placed, we'll coordinate shipment and send tracking information when available. Freight deliveries are curbside — the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present at the time of delivery, and you are responsible for ensuring the location is accessible for a large freight vehicle.

A $95 residential liftgate fee applies to all residential deliveries. Commercial addresses ship free within the contiguous US.

Weight & Handling Disclosure: The weights listed on product pages reflect the approximate net weight of the oven. Total shipping weight — including the wooden crate, protective packaging, and accessories — is typically 100 lbs higher.

Important: Delivery is curbside only and does not include uncrating or placement. You are responsible for providing a pallet jack, forklift, or sufficient manpower to move the unit from the delivery point.

Warranty Information

This oven is covered by limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed, cured, operated, and maintained per the manufacturer's guidelines. Oven covers are required to maintain warranty coverage — failure to use an appropriate cover may void your warranty.

Refractory brick ovens are constructed using natural materials and handmade components. Hairline cracks, surface cracking, or minor cosmetic changes — especially during curing or initial use — are normal characteristics of masonry ovens and do not affect performance or structural integrity. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Shipping Inspection & Damage Claims:
Inspect your shipment fully before the driver leaves. Any visible damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery before signing. If the driver declines to wait, document this on the Proof of Delivery as well. Damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery — claims cannot be submitted after a clean signature. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the product and original packaging. The manufacturer offers a 5-day grace period for order discrepancies and missing items only. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for valid warranty matters only. Any item that has been installed, fired, used, or modified is non-returnable. All sales are final once shipped — we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or sizing issues.

Due to the custom nature, high value, and specialized freight handling of masonry pizza ovens, all sales are final once the product has shipped. Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or measurement issues.

Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers must fully inspect the shipment while the delivery driver is present.

If visible damage to the packaging or crate is observed, it must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Significant structural damage may warrant refusal of delivery. Clear photographs should be taken immediately.

By signing the delivery receipt without notation of damage, the shipment is acknowledged as received in acceptable condition. A clean signature may limit the ability to file or recover a freight damage claim.

Damage Reporting
All shipping damage must be reported at the time of delivery and documented on the delivery receipt. Claims not noted at delivery may be denied by the freight carrier.

Order discrepancies, such as missing items, must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.

If concealed damage is discovered during unpacking, customers must notify us immediately and retain all original packaging materials. Do not discard the crate or protective materials until the claim process is complete.

Installation & Use
Any product that has been installed, fired, used, or modified is non-returnable.
