Due to the size, weight, and manufacturing process of ceramic grills—as well as consistently high demand—most Primo grills ship in approximately 5–6 weeks from the time your order is placed. Lead times may vary depending on model availability and production schedules.

Once your order ships, tracking information and delivery details will be provided. Freight delivery is curbside unless additional services are arranged in advance.

Returns
Primo products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@chillworthy.com for return authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Once approved, items must ship back within 14 days.

Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight. Items that have been installed, fired, or used are non-returnable, and special orders are non-returnable.

Wrong or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered when reported per the inspection requirements below. No restocking fee, no return costs.

Required Inspection at Delivery. Primo grills are crafted from premium ceramic, which is why they ship via professional freight, and why inspecting at delivery is essential. You must inspect your shipment while the driver is present:

• Minor visible damage (dents, punctures, crushed corners on packaging): note it specifically on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Then check the ceramic for cracks or chips before the driver leaves.
• Severe damage: refuse the shipment, write "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt, and photograph everything immediately.
• Why this matters: signing a clean delivery receipt (BOL) without noting damage is legal confirmation the shipment arrived in good condition, and significantly limits any freight claim afterward. Sixty seconds of inspection protects your entire purchase.
  
  Concealed Damage
• Damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
• Claims for damage found after a clean signature receive substantially reduced coverage. This is why driver-present inspection is essential.
• Do not discard any packaging until your claim is resolved.
