Freight Details
All shipments are sent via LTL freight and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Inspection

• Inspect the shipment while the driver is present.
• If the crate or packaging shows visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.
• If severe damage is present, refuse delivery.
• Signing a clear delivery receipt confirms the shipment was received in good condition.

Concealed Damage

• Damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 48 hours.
• Reports must include clear photos of the product and original packaging.
• Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
  Failure to follow these procedures may limit freight claims.

SaunaLife provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for residential applications from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in factory-assembled components under normal conditions of use and service.

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Natural wood aging, expansion, or weathering
• Cosmetic variations in wood grain or tone
• Installation or delivery costs
• Labor for removal or reinstallation
• Damage from misuse, alteration, or commercial use
• Sauna heaters or added components

Warranty service may involve repair or replacement of defective components at SaunaLife’s discretion. Freight for warranty components must be pre-approved with a return authorization.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, and uninstalled products with prior authorization.

• A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before shipping any item back.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• A small reboxing fee may apply depending on the product condition.
• Items that have been installed, wired, gas-connected, or used are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
