All shipments are sent via LTL freight and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Inspection

• Inspect the shipment while the driver is present.
• If the crate or packaging shows visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.
• If severe damage is present, refuse delivery.
• Signing a clear delivery receipt confirms the shipment was received in good condition.

Concealed Damage

• Damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 48 hours.
• Reports must include clear photos of the product and original packaging.
• Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
  Failure to follow these procedures may limit freight claims.

There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the tub and integrated wood-burning stove for residential use, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, natural wood aging or weathering, cosmetic variations, installation or delivery costs, or damage from misuse, freezing, alteration, or commercial use.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, and uninstalled products with prior authorization. To start a return, contact us at hello@chillworthy.com for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Once approved, items must ship back within 14 days.

Returns must ship via the same method as delivery (ground or freight), insured, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. A small reboxing fee may apply depending on product condition. Items that have been installed, wired, gas-connected, or used are non-returnable.

Wrong or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered when reported per the inspection requirements below. No fees, no return costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
